I will be finishing my three-year assignment in New Delhi very soon. I received my marching orders last week. Suddenly, I have mixed feelings about leaving this city. No doubt this place is a tough posting. Some foreign missions here have even classified New Delhi as a extremely hard post. Despite the difficult and unhealthy living and working environment, I do not regret my time here. I am sad because I will be leaving behind many good and dear friends with whom I worked with, particularly at the mission..and will definitely be bringing with me many fond memories. At the same time, I am anxious and happy to be going back home. I am anxious because I don't really know where I am going to next.. and happy because I will be with the rest of my children and family.

It will be a month this Thursday since I left Brunei. At the same time, it has already been more than a month since I have had this blog. I owe my little darling angel Amal Mu'ezzah who created this little space for me to unwind whenever time is permissible. I also owe it to my nephew Mohd Rifdi for putting up a nice song hehe
